Genetic and Environmental Determinants of Sweet Taste Liking

Why do we like sweet taste? The reason may not be the same for people from different ancestry backgrounds.

In this study, we aim to understand how genes, the environment, and culture work together to influence the liking for sweet taste in the non-Hispanic Black and East Asian populations.
